CJ is an actor, singer, director, and teacher working in New York City. He holds a BFA from NYU Tisch School of the Arts. Since graduating, he has performed at the MET Opera in NYC. He’s also performed in numerous Off-Broadway shows including A Foray in Innocence (New York Theatre Festival Best Play Nominee), Stoned to the Wall (The Chain Theatre), Unmaking Toulouse-Lautrec, and Aussie Song. Regional credits include The Wizard of Oz (Argyle Theatre), The Normal Heart, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum (Hangar Theatre), and Pullman Car Hiawatha (Hangar Theatre).

He has also worked in NYC and the Boston area as a director. Select directorial credits include the world premiere of The Raven (Soft Brain Theatre Company/Chain Theatre), Rules for Coming Out... (nominated for best play at The Strawberry Theatre Festival in NYC), The Best Babysitter (world premiere), and Shakespeare's R&J. He has also choreographed productions of Big Fish and Barnum.

He is a founding member of Soft Brain Theatre Company and worked on their inaugural production of The Raven which debuted Off-Broadway at The Chain Theatre in the summer of 2022.
